Hello! Our name says it ~ we are a team of licensed real estate brokers specializing exclusively in REO (Real Estate Owned) bank owned properties. With offices in Portland & Bend, OR and in Vancouver, WA we cover territories of Clackamas, Washington, Multnomah, & Deschutes counties in the state of Oregon and Clark county in the state of Washington.
Preserving the value of homeownership throughout communities we serve is our #1 goal. We are proud to be the team that takes a rather dry, number crunching process of a bank liquidating its foreclosed assets and transforms it into a heartfelt experience of someone buying a home. We have developed professional relationships with various community organizations, local city and county departments, lenders, builders, contractors, and other professionals in the real estate community to be better equipped in assisting sellers and buyers of bank owned homes.
While the majority of our inventory is represented by single family individual homes and vacant lots, we’ve also been sought to provide expertise in the bulk sale of vacant lots and/or partially built out developments. Through the experience and knowledge of our brokers, we’ve completed nine bulk sales from 16 lots to over 90 lots in each development this year to date. The result is new construction activity in places that seemed to be without any hope.
